We enjoyed the location near the bus station and easily accessible transportation. The staff was friendly and accommodating, offering breakfast and improving their English. The hotel was clean and had decent facilities.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel has a great location, as it is close to the main bus station in the area. This allows me to quickly and easily move around from one place to another during my stay. the staff were very friendly and always willing to help with any queries I had. They even had excellent English and were always eager to practice it with me.

Great location close to the bus station and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly staff who tried their best to communicate despite language barriers. the Wi-Fi was good and reliable allowing us to plan our city trips with ease.

The noise pollution kept us up all night and made it difficult to sleep. the terrible smell from the bathroom sink was unbearable, and the room had no soundproofing.

Had a great Xmas break at this hotel! The staff were super friendly, spoke great English and really went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room was incredibly clean with fresh towels and sheets every day - just what we were looking for. But, the best aspects were definitely the location - it was within walking distance of the city center and close to amazing restaurants and shops. Plus, the breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of foods to choose from.

We only had a few minor complaints about this hotel. The walls seemed a bit thin, so we could hear some street noise which was a little annoying, but nothing too disruptive.
